Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Momo Finances Tracker mobile application ("the App") and the website at momofinancestracker.com. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. License

Momo Finances Tracker grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works of the App.

3. Your account

Using the App requires a free account, created with an email address or through Google or Apple. You must provide an address you control, keep your credentials secure, and not share your account with others. You must be old enough to consent to the processing of personal data in your country — see the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the App, or via our account deletion page. Deletion is immediate and permanent, removes every sign-in method, and erases the financial data held on that device. It does not cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled through the App Store or Google Play.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The App is free to download and use for its core functionality. Optional Plus features are available through an in-app subscription. All subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are governed by the terms of those platforms.

Subscription status and entitlements are verified through RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service. We do not receive or store your payment details. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of any data you enter into the App.
• Backing up your data — for example, by using the CSV export feature in Settings → Export & Import. Because all data is stored locally, uninstalling the App will permanently delete it.
• Keeping your device, operating system, and the App up to date.
• Complying with all applicable laws when using the App.

6. No Financial Advice

Momo Finances Tracker is a personal finance tracking tool. The App does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Any insights, forecasts, trends, or projections shown are for informational purposes only and are calculated solely from the data you enter. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Momo Finances Tracker, its developer, or any contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss arising from inaccurate financial calculations, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling it from your device. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; see section 4. We may, at our discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate access to the App or any of its features (including subscription features) if we believe these Terms have been violated.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this website. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy. This does not affect your right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where the law gives you that right, nor any mandatory consumer protection law of that country.

12. Third-Party Services

The App relies on services provided by Apple, Google (App Store / Google Play), and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
